REACH II
Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer’s Caregiver Health (REACH II) is a support program for those caring for loved one with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia.
What services can I receive from the REACH II Program?
The REACH II program is designed to help caregivers learn how to manage difficult behaviors of care recipients and reduce caregiver burden and depression. The REACH II program also provides social support for caregivers and improves the caregiver’s ability to provide self-care.
Are there eligibility requirements or costs to participate?
There is no cost to participate in Family Caregiver Programming. Clients are encouraged to support the program through donations. Donations may be made in cash, by check, or credit card. Contact the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at 260.469.3036 to request an assessment.
