Case Managers and Options Counselors needed for replacement and expansion positions
Performs all activities related to information and referral services to achieve program goals at main office and at clients’ residences that may or may not be accessible by public transportation.
Performs all activities related to nutrition site support.
Provides in-home, non-medical respite and coaching services to caregivers of any age.
