AdvantAge Initiative Survey in Indiana

This survey was conducted by the Center on Aging and Community at Indiana University in Bloomington. They talked with residents of the nine northeastern counties in Indiana to learn about their health, housing, and service needs. The results of this survey will be used to improve services for residents in the counties named above. This effort is part of the national Aging in Place Initiative.
